BISPHENOL A
Bisphenol A is manufactured by the condensation of phenol and acetone in the presence of strong acid cation-exchange resin, as catalyst.
Bisphenol A is a crystalline white solid. We can supply the product in pearls (beads) or flakes, according to customer’s request. Bisphenol A is sparingly soluble in water and soluble in methanol, ethanol, acetone, ether and glacial acetic acid.

On the customer’s special request we are able to supply Bisphenol A with the better quality parameters.
Bisphenol A is used for manufacturing of epoxy resins, which are being used as coatings and in construction industry. Bisphenol A is the raw material for polycarbonate resins, widely used in construction, automotive industry, medical and sports equipment manufacturing etc. Polycarbonate resins can be also use as coatings. Bisphenol A can be also used for production of polysulphone, polyetherimide and unsaturated polyester resins.
We supply Bisphenol A packed in 25 kg polyethylene valve bags on pallets, wrapped with the shrink film. The standard lading unit of bags in single pallet contains 750 kg of the product. We also supply Bisphenol A in 500 or 1000 kg polypropylene big-bags (on pallets). It is also possible to get the product (pearls) in bulk, in the special road silo cars.
